Shipping Information:
Shipping is by First Class Mail at the flat rate of $2.99 for the entire order. Priority Mail is also available at the rate of $6.95 per order. Priority orders placed before 11:00 a.m. EST will be shipped the same day. First Class orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If your item is out of stock, we will send you an email.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you experience any problems or inconvenience, please contact us by email. We will replace any damaged merchandise immediately. A refund within 30 days of the purchase date will be given when requested by the customer. Thirty days after the purchase date refunds can no longer be given, but merchandise exchange will gladly be given. The only product we sell that cannot be refunded are the OPTX lenses. Once removed from the package, these "stick-on" lenses cannot be sold. An exchange for a pair of bifocal sunglasses of your choice will be given if you are unhappy with the OPTX lenses. We want you to be totally satisfied with our products. If you wish to exchange for a different power, color, or style, you should send your glasses back for a refund and then reorder according to your preferences.
